Festival will continue to offer guests exclusive dinners hosted
by some of the world's most renowned winemakers, each personally
invited by Chef Bruce. To commemorate this benchmark season,
each winery will feature either a 1990 vintage or their inception
year wine. Chef Bruce pays homage to the past 19 years of the
festival by offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a select
few of the 3,000 never repeated dishes as he recreates them
for this special occasion.
Seminars and dinners hosted by the winemaker or proprietor are
sure to include their cellar bests, showcasing many older vintages,
barrel samples and wines that are only available at the winery
